Viacheslav Kredisov (Chairman of the Board of the All-Ukrainian Association of Entrepreneurs “Nova Formatsia”).
Recently, I participated in the presentation of the adaptation CAS program for Ukrainians in the canton of Vaud, which took place at one of the oldest and most renowned Business Schools in Switzerland — the Business School in Lausanne (BSL).
The project is designed for 60 Ukrainians currently residing in Switzerland and includes 5 courses in three training modules and will happen in three directions:
Digital Marketing (Dr. Marko Majer, Ph.D.),
Data Analysis (Dr. Jan Erik Meidell, Ph.D),
Finance program (Dr. Madina Kukenova).
CAS Program will take place over the coming months.
The completion of the training program is scheduled for the end of the first quarter of 2025.
After finishing the program, it is planned that about 80% of the students participating in the training will be employed.
The funding for the program mainly relies on cantonal budgets (primarily from the budget of the canton of Vaud, with partial support from the budget of the canton of Geneva). Students also contribute partially to the financing of the program (each pays a portion of their expenses).
Ukrainian refugees was very active. Participants offline was more than 50 persons + some quantities online. One of coordinating persons was Yuriy Semerich (“Together” Association in Switzerland)
This project is highly anticipated and beneficial for Ukrainians in Switzerland!
We definitely support it and are monitoring the results.
Along the way, we are also looking for possible formats for collaboration.
This point is what I discussed with several several represents of BSL, including with one of the leaders of this program BSL, which opened mentioned Presentations Session Dr. Mary Jean Bürer.
